It’s very open and supportive from the first day. I feel super comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas, even when I’m not fully sure about something, and that really helps me do my best work.

What do you enjoy most about working with your team?

What I appreciate the most is that my team genuinely supports each other. If I’m stuck on a design or need feedback, there is always someone ready to help – and the feedback is constructive, not judgmental.

What is your favorite part about working at Radancy?

No matter the role or experience level, everyone treats each other with respect, and that makes a huge difference in how confident and motivated I feel at work.

Our collaboration feels very natural. Instead of working in isolation, we openly discuss ideas, suggest improvements and work together to make the final outcome better.

What’s one interesting fact about yourself your coworkers don’t know?

I have my bachelor’s degree in Architecture and have experience in the construction industry as well.
