I'm a Senior Backend Engineer.

What surprised you about Radancy once you joined?

How quickly I was able to get involved in the main framework – having only joined in the past few months, I expected to spend my initial weeks focused on onboarding, learning the systems and understanding the business.

How has working at Radancy helped you grow?

Our training material provided a great understanding of Radancy's offerings, customers and value. I also had an opportunity to interact with the leadership teams early on, which helps me to understand the company's vision and goals.

What’s something you’re proud to have contributed since joining Radancy?

I didn't expect to start contributing to strategy initiative so early in my journey. Within my first couple of months, I had an opportunity to be a part of an AI platform initiative involving agentic workflows and MCPH integration.

What stood out to me was the level of trust and ownership I have. I was encouraged to research different approaches, evaluate technologies contributing to architectural decision and decide the implementation plan.

What do you enjoy most about working at Radancy?

The approachability and support that I've gotten from everyone has made my experience at Radancy even better than what I had expected.
