Which projects here have pushed your skills in exciting ways?

We have been assigned different customers here, sometimes focusing on difficult tasks for those customers, which is helping us to improve our analytical skills as well as problem solving skills.

What new skills or responsibilities have you developed in your role?

Every week I am getting to do pacing optimization, which is helping me a lot.

How would you describe the culture on your team?

Everyone on my team is really helpful and supportive. We’re all collaborating and talking with each other every day, and that is something making our bond stronger and stronger.

What aspects of your team’s culture help you feel supported and able to do your best work?

We are all open to feedback, give each other ideas, and genuinely help each other, and we are all trying to grow together in the company. That is something very rare to find and I am very grateful and happy that I have a team like this.
