I’m responsible for making sure our career sites, products and backend tools are satisfying and easy to use. I take into account content, goals and UX/accessibility best practices to provide insight and/or wireframes that help map out how a project or experience should be organized and function.
What's the best lesson you've learned at Radancy?
Great websites shouldn’t be complicated, but creating a great website is more complicated than you think.
What drives your passion for the work you do at Radancy?
I enjoy problem solving, creative thinking and helping make complicated tasks simple (which is basically what I get to do every day).
