I’m a Performance Media Manager based in Bangalore, India and I'm a part of the UK Media Trading Team.

What is your role and what are your daily responsibilities?

My role is about one thing – getting the right people in front of the right ad. To make that happen, I run campaigns across multiple channels including Programmatic Jobs, Programmatic Display, and Google Ads.

For our customers, it goes beyond just filling an application or a vacancy. It's about quality applications that help them build their future; seeing their performance data translate into real hiring outcomes. That’s what makes the work hit differently.

How does your work make an impact at Radancy?

I'm not just running ads; I'm connecting people to the right opportunities that can change their lives. One year in and I genuinely feel like what I do every day moves the needle.
