I found during the onboarding process that Radancy is really welcoming and the people here are so approachable and supportive.

What do you enjoy most about working at Radancy?

Our freedom to explore and find out the best solution for the task that we are assigned.

What new skills or responsibilities have you developed in your role?

I’ve been able to try out the front and back end or DevOps according to my preferences. We are also using AI for our development, and it’s really helping us to code effectively and create faster outputs.

I am also looking forward to understanding all the offerings here and how they are interacting with each other and to get an overall idea about the workflow. I’m excited to contribute to and grow together with Radancy.
