As a company, we are always leading the industry; I get to work with the best people in the industry – on the professional/technical level as well as on the personal side – our teams at Radancy really do care; I have made so many friends around the world who support our region’s growth efforts.

What's the best lesson you've learned at Radancy?

Humility – we are huge, we have some of the brightest minds in the industry – all around the world. Yet we are all one, and no one behaves better than the other. People share their knowledge and are always willing to help.

What advice would you give to someone considering applying to Radancy?

I didn´t believe that a person could stay in a company for more than 2–3 years. I have been with the company for five years now, and I see myself here for another 20. I never thought I would have this feeling and certainty.
