Responsibilities

Overview

Radancy is looking for a full time Software Engineer who has experience building large scale enterprise technical architectures to join our team. As a Backend Engineer you will help to shape the future of the engineering team through the examples of your own code. You must be capable of working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, be self-motivated, results-driven and detail-oriented to achieve success. You are a technology champion and change agent.

The selected candidate has the option to work Remote/Work-from-Home provided they align their schedule to standard work day in Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Candidates outside the United States will not be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Build for the Future: Investigate, recommend, and implement new technologies and new processes that improve the feature set, scale, speed, and reliability of the Radancy CRM platform
  • Ensure Quality: Write high-performance, reusable, modular code along with automated unit tests
  • Create New Features: Build new functions and features that enhance the Radancy CRM talent platform
  • Ensure Scale & Performance: Improve the scalability of our services through proper planning and changes to architecture
  • Drive Innovation: Innovate and lead explorations into new areas and new technologies
  • Technical Architecture: Proactively identify architectural weaknesses and recommend and prototype appropriate solutions

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in compiled language, preferably Scala or Java.
  • 5+ year of experience working with a scripting language; Python, PHP or Ruby
  • Experience working with an Object Oriented languages
  • Deep ElasticSearch, SQL, and data architecture experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Great attitude, humble and always hungry to learn
  • Other preferred skills: AWS, Docker

Preferences:

  • B.S. in Computer Sciences or related discipline
  • Experience with Play Framework
  • DevOps experience is a plus

Salary Range: USD $125,000.00 -$140,000.00*
*The above range is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
