Solutions Architect

The Enterprise Solutions Architect is Radancy's lead authority on Radancy’s Talent Acquisition Cloud platform, recruiter workflows, and integration architecture. This role partners directly with customers and with Customer Success, Product, Integrations, and Delivery teams to design scalable solutions and lead complex implementations from discovery through launch.
The ideal candidate brings significant experience implementing enterprise platforms and a strong command of implementation best practices. This individual will challenge assumptions, identify risks early, define future-state recruiter workflows, document requirements thoroughly, and guide customers toward solutions that align business objectives with product capabilities.
What does a good Solutions Architect do?
Implementation Discovery & Solution Design
Lead detailed discovery workshops with enterprise customers.
Document recruiter workflows, ATS business processes, integrations, approvals, user roles, data needs, and reporting requirements.
Define future-state operating models, solution architectures, and implementation roadmaps.
Translate business requirements into scalable, supportable solution designs.
Create clear process flows, decision logs, implementation blueprints, and requirements documentation.
ATS & CRM Subject Matter Expertise
Provide deep expertise across the talent acquisition technology ecosystem.
Advise customers on ATS, CRM, screening, scheduling, sourcing, and integration best practices.
Recommend workflow designs that improve recruiter adoption while reducing implementation complexity.
Guide customers toward standard approaches when customization creates unnecessary risk or limits scalability.
Integration Architecture
Lead the functional design of ATS, CRM, middleware, HRIS, SSO, and third-party integrations.
Partner with Integration teams to confirm technical feasibility and solution boundaries.
Identify integration risks, dependencies, and data requirements before build begins.
Ensure requirements, assumptions, decisions, dependencies, ownership, and acceptance criteria are clearly documented.
Customer Implementation Leadership
Serve as a trusted advisor for strategic and complex implementations. Work directly with a Project Manager who will support the execution stages managing customer communications from timelines, progress reporting, risk logs and other standard project management tasks.
Lead solution reviews, design decisions, and executive steering discussions when needed.
Drive timely customer decisions, clear accountability, and alignment across stakeholders.
Establish implementation governance, milestone reviews, risk management, and launch-readiness checkpoints.
Guide customers through Radancy's implementation methodology
Delivery Excellence & Capability Building
Develop and standardize implementation methodologies, discovery practices, and documentation.
Create reusable templates, workflow models, architecture patterns, and readiness criteria.
Coach Solutions Architects, Delivery Project Managers, Customer Success leaders, and implementation teams on best practices.
Reduce late-stage surprises and rework through stronger upfront planning, validation, and risk identification.
Escalation & Recovery Support
Participate in strategic customer escalations and complex solution reviews.
Diagnose delivery, workflow, requirements, and integration issues and develop executable recovery plans.
Translate lessons learned into repeatable standards, tools, and internal enablement.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementations.
5+ years of experience in ATS, CRM, talent acquisition technology, HR technology, or complex SaaS implementation environments.
Experience with recruiting CRM, candidate engagement, screening, scheduling, and related recruiter technology workflows.
Proven ability to map current-state and future-state recruiter workflows and business processes.
Experience leading customer discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and executive stakeholder discussions.
Exceptional written documentation, facilitation, analytical, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Integrations, Delivery, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
Preferred
Experience building or improving implementation methodologies for enterprise SaaS products.
Experience leading recovery efforts for complex or at-risk implementations.
Solution architecture, business analysis, change management, or project management certification.
Experience supporting global enterprise customers and multi-system technology environments.
