Programme Manager

Overview
Radancy is transforming how companies connect with candidates through our SaaS talent acquisition platform. As a Programme Manager, you’ll be working with our largest customers to ensure flawless delivery and execution of projects from multiple workstreams. You will liaise with in-house support and delivery teams to prioritize deliverables and keep them on track for your customer(s). Your deep project management experience, organizational mindset and technical knowledge will give you exposure to some of the largest brands in the world.

Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that project delivery is aligned with Radancy's high standards through effective organization, communication, and prioritization
- Working alongside dedicated project managers you’ll oversee the delivery of all work for your customer (s) this could be across digital, creative, insight, social and media projects and campaigns
- Create and lead (depending on scope) project plans to ensure each project/workstream has clear action owners, due dates, and a work-back schedule
- Manage client calls and project relationships
- Conduct daily stand-ups, log meeting notes, and facilitate cross-team collaboration with delivery teams as required
- Manage, track and optimize projects to keep release schedule on track
- Review priorities with customer success and delivery teams on a regular (weekly/daily) basis to ensure resources are deployed appropriately
- Track outstanding actions, owners, and due dates to ensure that we meet or exceed delivery requirements
- Define, own and implement ways of working and delivery efficiencies for your customer(s)
- Risk identification and management
Qualifications
- Project management experience in a software/technology company
- Experience with project management/planning software and tools; Smartsheet, jira and MS office suite
- Ability to facilitate constructive discussions among individuals and teams with different areas of expertise
- Ability to quickly and accurately assess customer needs and turn into actionable projects
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and complex project requirements.
- Microsoft 365, Smartsheet and Google Suite applications experience preferred
- Recruitment technology experience highly valued
