Digital Marketing Project Manager

Overview
As a Delivery Project Manager you’ll work across a variety of Creative, Digital, Insight and Social Projects at Radancy, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery for our diverse customers.
Leveraging your expertise in project management and digital development, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and liaise directly with customers to ensure the seamless execution of projects, meeting high standards of quality, scope, and timeliness.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects including scope, timeline, budget, and communication.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, gathering client requirements and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Communicate project progress and performance effectively to internal stakeholders and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Co-ordinate cross-functional teams, from Creative to Developers to deliver high-quality results within established timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, forecasting timelines and budget accordingly.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and maintain project documentation to ensure clarity and alignment among team members.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, quality assurance principles, and best practices in digital development.
- Liaise with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.
Requirements for Consideration:
- Experience managing projects involving responsive website design, photo and video shoots, social media, and other digital technologies.
- Strong project management pedigree, likely obtained in an agency or software environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and complex project requirements.
- Proficiency in formal project management methodologies and tools, such as Smartsheet, JIRA, and MS Office suite.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and mitigate risks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications for various stakeholders.
- Prior experience in digital is a plus, with understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and web standards.
