Vice President of Growth Marketing

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and highly innovative Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead the development and execution of our growth marketing strategy. This leader will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth across all channels. You will lead a high-performance team and work closely with cross-functional leaders across product, sales, and analytics to scale the business and achieve aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and scale the company’s growth strategy: Develop and implement a full-funnel growth marketing plan that delivers measurable business impact.
  • Lead user acquisition initiatives: Oversee paid media, SEO, email, affiliate/referral programs, product marketing, and key analyst partnerships to drive scalable customer acquisition.
  • Optimize conversion and retention: Partner with product and lead customer marketing programs to improve user activation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retention strategies.
  • Drive performance marketing: Manage budgets across digital channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, analysts, and emerging platforms.
  • Build and mentor a world-class team: Lead and grow a high-performing growth marketing team; foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability.
  • Leverage data for decisions: Use analytics to identify trends, forecast results, and inform strategies; continuously test and iterate to improve campaign performance.
  • Align cross-functionally: Collaborate with product, sales, finance, and data teams to ensure marketing goals align with broader company objectives.
  • Identify new growth opportunities: Stay on the forefront of trends in growth marketing, MarTech, and user behavior to identify innovative and untapped growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with 5+ years in a growth-focused leadership role.
  • Proven success scaling B2C and/or B2B customer acquisition and revenue through both paid and organic channels.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, DSPs).
  • Strong knowledge of analytics, attribution modeling, experimentation, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Pardot, Demandbase, 6Sense, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and teams in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Salary Range: USD $180,000.00 – $195,000.00/Yr.

*The above range is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including, but not limited to, skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
