Media Trading Lead

Overview

We’re looking for an individual with a passion for programmatic and performance media to lead a team of Media Traders to build, measure, and optimize our campaigns for some of the most well-known Fortune 500 companies in the world.
This role has responsibility for the quality delivery of Radancy’s Programmatic+ platform, Search and Social offerings to our diverse client base. As the Team Manager you will be directly responsible for the quality and success of client deliverables and problem solving. You will interface with department leaders to keep the offering competitive, drive customer solutions, create compelling analysis, and provide feedback to improve offering as requirements are determined.
Role Function
Customers & Staff
Directly manage a group of Media Traders and maintain a work environment that yields strong individual and team performance.
Engage with key customers where needed (onboard new clients, audit performance, issue resolution, QBR support, delivery support)
Build relationships with customer success teams to ensure clear communications and problem solving for client delivery.
In partnership with the Global department head, ensure proper training and development of all staff members.
Product & Processes
Keep abreast of industry standards by ensuring time to learn new tools, read industry info, taking classes and staying up to date with the training curriculum
Analyze and assess the performance of campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for improvement
Liaise with SME’s and Product Development as feedback loop and voice of the customer and delivery teams for continuous improvement of offering and tools
Ensure adherence to all department and client SLAs within the team
Other
Coordinate with finance on billing and credit implementation processes
Coordinate with publishers to improve overarching platform performance
Provide feedback to department leaders for continuous improvement of offering and tools
Qualifications:

In addition to the above, below are some qualifications that would make a candidate successful:
5+ years of experience leading media campaigns and strategy across multiple platforms
Track record of success across programmatic media and/or social media
Comfortable and experienced in managing a high-performing team; providing oversight and support as needed
Experience and knowledge of tagging and tracking paid media activity
Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written) to enable strong and efficient internal and client relationships
Possesses strong operational discipline and ensures timeliness of deliverables
Combines being analytical + creative with a passion to develop and test new ways to engage consumers across the digital media landscape
Additional Considerations
Must be willing and able to work during UK business hours - 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM GMT, which corresponds to 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
Work Location and Interview Process
- Hybrid Work Model: This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work in the Bengaluru office 3 times per week.
- Interview Process: As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to complete and pass a technical coding assessment to demonstrate proficiency in key web development skills.
