Digital Delivery Team lead

The Digital Delivery Team Lead is responsible for the successful onboarding, continuous training, and quality deliverables of the Customer Support Specialists and/or Implementation and Configuration Specialists team. This role oversees a group of Specialists assigned to various customer projects, ensuring they are effectively managed and aligned with customer needs.

The Digital Delivery Team Lead brings a strong focus on customer satisfaction, product knowledge, process optimisation, capacity planning, and industry standard project management expertise. Additionally, this role involves regular reporting on team activities, progress, and requirements to key stakeholders and cross-team collaborators.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Directly manage and empower a team of Specialists responsible for delivering the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud support, ensuring high standards of project execution.
Operational Excellence: Offer operational support and mentorship to our Specialists, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development. Effectively balance team workloads, ensuring resources are optimally allocated to meet project demands.
Talent Development & Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other Digital Delivery Team Leads to design and implement programmes that enhance the skill sets of Customer Support Specialists and Implementation and Configuration Specialists, promoting professional growth. Lead and facilitate weekly team meetings, ensuring alignment on goals, progress, and challenges.
Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving client issues, working closely with Customer Success teams to ensure satisfaction and alignment with client goals.
Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in process optimisation initiatives within the digital development group to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Hiring & Retention: Play an active role in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members ensuring the team is equipped with top talent. Provide ongoing feedback, training, and development opportunities for team members.
Product Mastery: Maintain a deep understanding of all Radancy products and services, ensuring the team delivers integrated and seamless strategies for customers.
Strategic Reporting: Regularly report on team performance, resource needs, challenges, and successes, providing insights to drive departmental growth within direct team and collaborative teams.

Industry Awareness: Stay updated on trends and advancements in digital, social, mobile, and talent acquisition technologies, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry innovation.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong partnerships across all levels of the organisation to drive project success.
Commitment to Excellence: Demonstrate a high level of dedication, ensuring thorough follow-through on all initiatives.
Effective Communication: Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, crucial for internal collaboration and client interactions. Ability to communicate across levels of organisation and role types.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address internal and client challenges, delivering innovative solutions that drive results.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree from accredited four-year college or university
7–10 years’ experience in digital or product advertising, and website development
Persuasive verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of MS Office including Microsoft Project
Meeting facilitation skills – experience running a successful meeting that produces solid deliverables
In-depth experience in developing comprehensive and cross-departmental solutions to complex client challenges
Ability to prioritise, multitask, manage complex workload and handle pressure
Requires strong knowledge of interactive advertising and products
Work Location
- Hybrid Work Model: This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work in the Bengaluru office 3 times per week.
