People Operations Specialist

Reporting to the Director of People Operations, the People Operations Specialist at Radancy will play a pivotal role in supporting the employee lifecycle, optimizing HR processes, and facilitating a positive workplace culture. This role is a blend of administrative expertise, project coordination, and employee engagement initiatives, serving as a key collaborator within the team to align HR strategies with business objectives and employee needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and accurate execution of HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline HR operations.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and resolving employee inquiries.
- Support HR operations across North America, Asia, and Latin America including M&A operations, global mobility operations, right to work eligibility, organizational chart management and visa tracking.
- Act as a key operational contributor to the HRIS consolidation project and system implementation.
- Generate reports and metrics to provide insights for HR decision-making.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to company policies and procedures, as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company initiatives.
- Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices to drive innovative HR strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 18 months of HR experience, with a focus on people operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, with a tech-savvy approach to process optimization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Salary Range: USD $60,000.00 – $65,000.00
*The above range is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including, but not limited to, skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
