About You 

Required Experience 

• You have a strong affinity for IT and enjoy independently solving problems. You can rely on a supportive international IT team whenever needed. 

• You’re sociable and like helping colleagues with their questions. 

• You look for ways to improve or simplify processes for your colleagues. 

• You work in a structured, precise, and punctual manner. 

• You enjoy being around people and feel comfortable working in an office environment.  

Desired Experience 

• Experience with programming or shell scripting  

• Experience with networking 

• Knowledge of Google Docs and Apps Script 

• Knowledge of SQL and writing SQL queries  

Bonus Points 

You have programming and DevOps knowledge (Kubernetes and containerization), love bouldering, enjoy Curve Fever, and are a fan of pizza.  

Your Role 

Let’s be honest: there’s no such thing as a “typical” workday at Radancy. But here’s what you can generally expect: 

• Assisting (new) colleagues during onboarding with questions about their accounts/passwords and setting up their MacBooks. 

• Being the first point of contact for internal system issues. 

• Maintaining, configuring, and managing office IT infrastructure, including access points, networks, laptops, and other IT-related equipment. 

• User management: managing user accounts, access rights, and security groups. 

• Contributing to making and keeping the (digital and physical) work environment safe and secure. 

• Managing hardware and software (both digitally and physically). 

• Assisting developer colleagues with setting up their local development environments. 

• Proposing and implementing new software/solutions to further improve work processes. 

• Helping colleagues create visualizations of annual figures in Google Sheets. 

• Collaborating with colleagues in the United States regarding requests, changes, and improvements related to internal system management. 

• Primarily acting as the Rotterdam office’s go-to problem solver for cables, screens, mice, keyboards, forgotten passwords, login issues, printers, alarm systems, (digital) keys, and Wi-Fi connections.  

• Additionally acting as an international problem solver for IT issues in Europe when required.
