As a Social Media Analyst, you will take on significant responsibilities from the outset, utilizing web and social analytics tools to design and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Your role will involve monitoring client interactions, developing engagement strategies, and responding to comments in alignment with brand voice. You will analyze interaction metrics to refine strategies, manage the monthly posting calendar, and conduct digital audits to ensure we stay ahead of trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Client Interactions: Track and engage with interactions on clients' social media networks.
  • Client Approvals: Lead the approval process with clients directly.
  • Engagement Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to enhance follower engagement.
  • Respond to Interactions: Address comments and messages in a manner consistent with the brand voice.
  • Analyze Metrics: Evaluate interaction metrics and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Monthly Posting Calendar: Create and maintain the monthly posting calendar.
  • Content Posting: Manage posting on clients' social networks, ensuring high-quality content and adherence to deadlines.
  • Trend Reporting: Provide the team with insights on network activity, emerging trends, key learnings, and conduct digital audits and metrics analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Community Manager, with a focus on engagement and interaction.
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms, such as Sprinklr.
  • Ability to stay current with trends and best practices, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong presentation skills for effectively communicating strategies and insights.
  • Solid understanding of data analysis to create performance reports and inform decision-making.
