Overview

Radancy is the global leader in talent acquisition software, helping employers attract and hire the right talent through AI-powered recruiting technology, data-driven insights, and world-class candidate experiences. Our platform enables organizations to streamline hiring, strengthen employer branding, and drive measurable recruitment outcomes at scale.

About the Role

Radancy is looking for a Privacy Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day execution and continued development of our global privacy program.

Based in our Bengaluru office, you will partner with GRC, Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and DPO support functions to ensure privacy assessments are completed, records remain accurate, and privacy requirements are integrated into business and product processes.

This is a hands-on privacy operations role with primary responsibility for our TrustArc privacy management platform. You will manage privacy workflows, improve the processes that support them, and help ensure new products, technologies, vendors, and AI initiatives are consistently identified, assessed, documented, and routed to the appropriate stakeholders.

The role is not responsible for providing legal advice or setting privacy policy. Legal interpretation and regulatory guidance remain with Legal and DPO functions.

What does a great Privacy Operations Manager do?

  • Administer and improve the TrustArc privacy management platform, including assessments, workflows, inventories, business process records, and reporting.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of privacy assessments, including intake, scoping, stakeholder coordination, review, approval, publication, and periodic revalidation.
  • Maintain accurate records of processing activities, systems, vendors, subprocessors, data uses, legal bases, retention requirements, and data flows.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and business teams to identify privacy requirements and move assessments and remediation activities through completion.
  • Create lightweight, repeatable processes that integrate privacy reviews into product development, vendor onboarding, AI initiatives, and other business changes without requiring unnecessary manual intervention.
  • Identify and resolve stale, incomplete, inconsistent, or duplicate records and establish standards that maintain long-term data quality.
  • Manage operational backlogs, surface blockers and escalations, and provide clear reporting on assessment volume, cycle times, revalidation schedules, and program health.
  • Support privacy operations across North America, Europe, and other applicable jurisdictions, escalating matters requiring legal or regulatory interpretation to Legal or DPO support.
  • Monitor changes in privacy requirements and work with privacy leadership to translate them into operational process updates where needed.

Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience in privacy operations, privacy program management, or a related corporate privacy role.
  • Hands-on experience administering TrustArc, including its assessment, inventory, and workflow-management capabilities.
  • Experience managing privacy assessments, records of processing activities, vendor or subprocessor inventories, and related privacy workflows.
  • Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other major privacy frameworks relevant to global business operations.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and business teams to complete privacy reviews and resolve process blockers.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve workflows, manage operational backlogs, and maintain accurate data in a privacy management platform.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to explain privacy process requirements to non-privacy stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred

  • CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPP/US, or another relevant IAPP certification, with CIPP/E and CIPM particularly valued.
  • Experience supporting privacy operations in a B2B SaaS, HR technology, or other data-intensive technology environment.
  • Experience incorporating privacy assessments into product development, AI initiatives, vendor management, or technology-change processes.
  • Familiarity with additional global privacy regimes and with the relationship between privacy, GRC, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 programs.
  • Experience developing privacy dashboards, operational reporting, and process automation.
