About the Role

Radancy is looking for a Privacy Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day execution of our global privacy program.

Based in our Bengaluru office, you will work closely with the Privacy Operations Manager and partner with GRC, Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and business teams to keep privacy assessments, records, and related tasks accurate and on track.

This is a hands-on operational role focused on managing privacy workflows, maintaining information in our TrustArc privacy management platform, following up with stakeholders, and helping ensure that new products, technologies, vendors, and AI initiatives move through the appropriate privacy-review processes.

The role is not responsible for providing legal advice or setting privacy policy. Matters requiring legal or regulatory interpretation will be routed to Legal or DPO support.

What does a great Privacy Operations Analyst do?

  • Support the intake, coordination, tracking, and completion of privacy assessments and related follow-up activities.
  • Create and update business process records, records of processing activities, system and vendor inventories, and other privacy records in TrustArc.
  • Review privacy records for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and duplication, and work with stakeholders to resolve missing or outdated information.
  • Track open tasks, assessment deadlines, approvals, revalidation schedules, and remediation activities, escalating blockers when needed.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and business teams to collect required information and keep privacy workflows moving.
  • Support privacy reviews associated with new products, vendors, technology changes, data uses, and AI initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation, process evidence, dashboards, and operational reporting for the privacy program.
  • Help identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate recurring privacy operations activities.

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience in privacy, compliance, GRC, legal operations, data governance, or a related business or technology role.
  • Experience coordinating structured workflows, assessments, reviews, or compliance activities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and identify missing, inconsistent, or outdated information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain process requirements to non-privacy stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned activities while recognizing when an issue requires escalation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred

  • Experience using TrustArc, OneTrust, or another privacy or GRC management platform.
  • Familiarity with privacy assessments, records of processing activities, vendor inventories, and data-mapping concepts.
  • Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or other major privacy frameworks.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS, HR technology, or other data-intensive technology environment.
  • Familiarity with product development, vendor onboarding, security compliance, or AI-related assessment processes.
  • CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, or another relevant privacy certification, or an interest in obtaining one.
