Project Manager

Overview

As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of digital, SaaS, and employer branding solutions for some of the world’s most recognized brands. 

You will primarily manage the implementation of Radancy’s SaaS products, including Career Sites, CRM, Employee Referrals, and Screening & Scheduling solutions. You will also oversee the delivery of creative and employer branding campaigns, managing projects from concept development through production, photoshoots, video creation, events, launch, and optimization.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills and a solid understanding of digital products, SaaS implementations, and creative delivery. You will be responsible for managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

What does a great Project Manager do?

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SaaS implementation and creative projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, resources, communications, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Partner with clients and internal teams to define requirements and delivery plans, proactively identify next steps, and take ownership of driving projects through to successful completion.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Solutions Architects, Integration Specialists, Developers, QA Engineers, Creative teams, and Customer Success partners.

• Provide clear project reporting, proactively manage risks and issues, and take ownership of driving problems to resolution by involving the right stakeholders and following through on agreed actions.

• Support continuous improvement by driving best practices, process consistency, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Requirements for Consideration

We are looking for someone with strong intellectual curiosity, learning agility, client orientation, and a genuine sense of ownership. You approach challenges proactively, take accountability for client outcomes, and remain engaged until issues are fully resolved.

3–5 years of project management experience, primarily delivering SaaS implementations, software, digital transformation, technology, or professional services projects. Experience in a digital agency or creative delivery environment is advantageous but not essential.

• Master’s degree preferred.

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) desirable.

• Fluent English & French, both written and spoken, is essential.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

• Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, or similar.

• Experience working with websites, content management systems, accessibility standards, or digital delivery projects is desirable.
