About the Role

The Senior Integrations Architect is responsible for ensuring Radancy’s integrations are delivered, scaled, and supported in a way that is reliable, repeatable, and aligned to customer needs. This individual will be a customer facing technical leader, supporting integration intake, guiding solution design decisions, and helping teams resolve complex or high risk integration scenarios.

This role sits within the Global Customer Support organization and partners closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Implementation teams. While not intended to be a permanently assigned delivery resource, the role may take a more hands‑on posture early on to support intake, unblock issues, and establish consistent practices.

What does a great Senior Integration Architect do?

Customer Intake & Advisory

  • Serve as a senior, customer‑facing resource for integration intake discussions, technical discovery, and solution alignment

  • Support Customer Success and Implementation teams in evaluating integration feasibility, approach, and risk

  • Partner with teams to set clear expectations with customers around scope, timelines, and integration approach

  • Act as an escalation point for complex or high‑impact integration challenges

Integration Strategy & Standards

  • Define and maintain clear integration patterns, standards, and architectural guidance

  • Promote consistent approaches across APIs, middleware, file‑based integrations, and data exchanges

  • Support teams in making informed build, partner, or platform decisions

  • Reduce dependency on bespoke solutions by encouraging reuse and consistency

Cross‑Functional Enablement

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface integration trends, issues, and improvement opportunities

  • Translate real‑world customer integration needs into actionable input for roadmap and prioritization discussions

  • Create lightweight documentation, playbooks, and reference materials to support frontline teams

  • Partner with leadership to reduce recurring issues and improve implementation and postlaunch stability

Operational Contribution (as needed)

  • Provide direct support on high‑priority integrations, particularly during early stages of the role

  • Assist with stabilizing integrations that present heightened risk to customer experience

  • Help teams resolve issues that require architectural or cross‑system insight

What Success Looks Like

  • Customers and internal teams have a clear, confident path for integration intake and decisions

  • Reduced ambiguity and re‑work during integration delivery

  • Improved consistency and predictability across integration approaches

  • Fewer escalations related to unclear design choices or preventable integration issues

  • Strong partnership and trust with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering teams

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in integrations, technical architecture, or platform delivery roles

  • Hands‑on experience with APIs, middleware, and data integration patterns

  • Experience working in customer‑facing technical roles

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly

  • Proven ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams without direct authority

Preferred

  • Experience with HR technology or enterprise systems

  • Familiarity with third‑party integration platforms or connector ecosystems

  • Background in SaaS or multi‑tenant platform environments

  • Experience supporting global teams or multi‑region delivery models
