Campaign Manager, Demand Generation

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campaign Manager to join our Demand Generation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of demand generation tactics.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign strategies are integrated across all channels.
Campaign Execution:
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and webinars.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and messaging.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Lead Management:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Implement lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on campaign spend and financial performance.
Tools and Technologies:
- Utilize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage and track campaign activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the talent acquisition or HR industry.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising.

Salary Range: USD $90,000-$100,000
*The above range is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
