About the Role

Radancy is seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist to lead employee communications and engagement initiatives that foster a connected, informed, and engaged global workforce.

This role is responsible for translating communication priorities into clear and engaging employee content, managing employee engagement and recognition programs, overseeing internal communication platforms, supporting company meetings and events, and partnering with stakeholders across the organization to enhance the employee experience. This role plays a key part in helping Radancy create a connected employee experience across a global workforce. Through compelling communications, engaging programs, and well-executed company events, the Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist helps employees understand company priorities, celebrate successes, and stay connected to Radancy's culture and strategy. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, project manager and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

What does a great Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist do?

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

  • Develop, write, edit, and distribute employee communications 

  • Manage internal communication channels (shared communication inboxes, monthly communications calendar, etc.)

  • Produce the company newsletter and other employee communications, including content development, editing, and distribution.

  • Support employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives, including ERGs, referral programs, charitable efforts, service anniversaries, and other company-sponsored programs.

  • Manage employee surveys, reporting, participation tracking, and engagement communications.

Company Meetings & Events

  • Plan and execute company-wide meetings, including monthly and Global All Calls, leadership forums, and employee events.

  • Coordinate agendas, content collection, speakers, presentation materials, and audience engagement activities.

  • Support ERG programing (Women in Leadership (WiL), Equity & Openness Affinity Groups, and other employee engagement events.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with Marketing, Executive Leadership, People, ERGs, and business leaders to support key communication initiatives.

  • Gather, develop, and coordinate content from stakeholders across the organization. 

  • Build trusted relationships that enable effective communication planning and timely delivery of company updates. 

Digital Communications & Platforms

  • Manage and maintain intranet content, resources, and event calendars.

  • Conduct content audits and updates in partnership with stakeholders.

  • Monitor and report on communication channel performance, engagement metrics, and employee participation.

  • Support website content updates and other corporate communications initiatives as needed.

Industry Events & Corporate Communications Support

  • Support communications and coordination for industry conferences, trade shows, and external events.

  • Partner with vendors, conference organizers, and internal stakeholders to support event planning and execution.

Project Management & Operations

  • Manage communications projects and workflows using JIRA and other project management tools.

  • Coordinate multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality, timely execution.

  • Use insights and employee feedback to continuously improve communication channels, content, and engagement programs.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability of communication processes through digital tools, simplification, automation, and AI-enabled productivity solutions.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications, marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Highly organized with exception attention to detail, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Copilot, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

  • Familiarity with Zoom and JIRA.

  • Experience supporting executive communications and company-wide meetings.

  • A strong storyteller who can simplify complex information.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

  • Skilled at partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

  • Equally comfortable with strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Salary Range: USD $60,000 – $65,000

*The above range is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including, but not limited to, skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.

Location: This role is in our New York City Office, with a requirement of 3 days in the office.
