Overview

You'll work at the cutting edge of recruitment technology, driving successful adoption, retention and growth of our Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud. Through cross-functional team collaboration with our research, creative, content, data and media teams, you'll ensure your customers are meeting their objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as principal point of contact for assigned customers: build long-term relationships and create strategies  
  • Understand and communicate the value of the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud to customers to expand their use of the product, creating and uncovering upsell/cross-sell opportunities 
  • Help our customers to achieve their hiring goals and activate their employer brand through our data-driven platform and accompanying services 
  • Educate and inform customers on platform updates and training

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role within the recruitment industry and strong customer relationship management skills 
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills  
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects  
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Experience of working with a creative services team 
  • Resilience and ability to work at pace 
  • Ideally, an understanding of the media buying landscape 
  • Experience with SaaS products highly valued
