Video Producer

Radancy thrives on the success of our customers, and we're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Senior Video Producer to join our Customer Training & Enablement Team. This role will be responsible for producing high-quality video content to educate and empower our customer support center and global client base. The ideal candidate will have strong video production, storytelling, and instructional design experience, along with a passion for creating compelling training and enablement content.
What does a great Senior Video Producer do?
Lead end-to-end video production, including concept development, scripting, filming, editing, motion graphics, and final delivery.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and customer support leaders to create engaging training and enablement videos.
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring content aligns with Radancy’s brand, messaging, and learning objectives.
Develop interactive and visually compelling learning materials, incorporating animations, screen recordings, and graphics to enhance knowledge retention.
Oversee studio setups, lighting, audio recording, and post-production editing to maintain professional quality standards.
Optimize video content for various distribution channels (e.g., learning management systems, customer portals, YouTube, and internal knowledge bases).
Implement best practices for video accessibility, including subtitles, transcripts, and localized content as needed.
Track video performance metrics and iterate based on feedback and engagement analytics.
Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative video storytelling techniques.
Requirements for consideration
Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required to effectively collaborate with global teams and develop customer facing content.
3+ years of experience in video production, preferably in a training, corporate, or SaaS environment.
Proficiency with video production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Audition, and motion graphics software.
Experience producing educational, instructional, or enablement videos that effectively teach complex topics.
Ability to script, storyboard, and develop engaging narratives for video-based learning.
Knowledge of e-learning best practices and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and stakeholder expectations.
Strong understanding of video compression, formats, and publishing for digital platforms.
Experience with screen capture tools (e.g., Camtasia) for software tutorials is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
A portfolio or demo reel showcasing video production, motion graphics, and storytelling skills is encouraged
