What You’ll Do

As an Information Security Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Radancy’s compliance with industry standards such as ISO, SOC, and NIST, as well as customer contractual requirements. You will work closely with product development teams, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders across the company, serving as a key liaison and driving system development and process improvement efforts.

Your responsibilities will include managing ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance programs in the EU, coordinating with our US-based Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team, and assisting in developing and tracking compliance metrics. You will evaluate new compliance programs, transition ongoing operations to long-term control owners, and manage relationships with managed service providers related to security compliance. Also, you can stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations and their impact on Radancy, assist in client pitches, and respond to proposal requests.

Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years of experience monitoring and reporting on Information Security Compliance programs.
  • You possess proven knowledge of the program management lifecycle and are skilled in using project management tools.
  • You have experience leading multi-organizational initiatives and driving team accountability to achieve significant goals.
  • You have a background in operations, with a track record of driving improvements that result in measurable business impact.
  • You know NIST, ISO, SOC, and related frameworks.
  • You have experience supporting enterprise-wide Security Compliance programs, focusing on anticipating, assessing, and minimizing control gaps and audit findings.
  • You are comfortable working on metrics-based projects and using metrics to gauge risk and success.
  • You communicate effectively across internal and external organizations, with the ability to address multiple levels of sensitivity and diverse audiences.
