Radancy is transforming how companies connect with candidates through our SaaS talent acquisition platform. Our Innovation Lab is dedicated to harnessing data to shape the future of talent acquisition. We’re seeking a dynamic Business and Talent Intelligence Analyst to join our Labs team.  

This role combines the skills of a business intelligence analyst and a talent intelligence strategist to provide guidance on macro-environmental trends and help our customers maximize their use of our solutions. With deep analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and a curiosity for understand the why behind data insights, you will own and manage initiatives that shape, analyze, enrich, interpret, and display our comprehensive data, delivering strategic insights and foresight to enable our customer support and marketing teams, and product enhancement decisions. 

A successful candidate will have a proven ability in data analysis, modeling and storytelling, a curiosity for exploring 3rd party data to contextualize insights, and knowledge of the Talent Intelligence, HR Tech or SaaS markets.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assess data across our platform solution – including, but not limited to, career site behavior, CRM and virtual events engagement, etc. – looking for opportunities to cleanse, shape and connect data into more useable formats.  
  • Conduct internal assessment with our support teams to determine data and insight needs and document these requirements.  
  • Develop interactive dashboards, data visualizations and reports that make complex data easily understandable. 
  • Monitor and interpret macro-environment trends affecting talent acquisition and HR tech deeper analysis our proprietary data. 
  • Plan and execute data enrichment initiative, including but not limited to developing a 3rd party data catalogue, assessing API integrations feasibility. 
  • Provide a constant pipeline of labor market and audience data insights drawing from the data across our solution and external data sources. 
  • Partner across our data function to drive data collection, visualizations, and analysis and modeling of our platform data. 
  • Keep a pulse on new technology (e.g., Gen AI solutions) that may reimagine how we share data and insights across our organization, Lo-Fi testing where possible. 

Qualifications: 

  • Degree in an analytical field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, marketing analytics, data analytics, computer science, etc.) or equivalent practical experience. 
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, talent intelligence, or a related analytical role.   
  • Deep familiarity with Google Analytics and significant experience with GA4, essential. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Sigma, Power BI). 
  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis. 
  • Knowledge of data enrichment techniques and tools. 
  • Understanding of API integrations and data import/export processes. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.  
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment. 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to future technologies and keep abreast of best practices in data analytics and intelligence.

Salary Range: USD $100,000.00 – $110,000.00*
*The above range is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
