Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Content Marketing Manager to join our global content marketing team. As the US English-language content marketing manager, you will support demand generation objectives and deploy strategies globally in coordination with our international colleagues. This role demands a creative and strategic thinker who can create compelling content to engage our target audience, drive brand awareness, and generate leads.

Responsibilities 

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content across various channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and more. 
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with global teams to create and execute content marketing strategies that align with Radancy’s demand generation goals. 
  • SEO Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings. 
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance, using insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement metrics. 
  • Campaign Management: Support and manage content-driven campaigns, from ideation through execution and performance analysis. 
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand voice and ensure all content is consistent with Radancy’s tone, style, and messaging guidelines. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, solutions marketing, and sales, to align content initiatives with business objectives. 
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content marketing practices to ensure Radancy remains at the forefront of content innovation. 

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the B2B tech or SaaS industry. HR or talent acquisition experience is a plus.  
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 

Skills: 

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. 
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques. 
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools. 
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Salary Range: USD $50,000-$59,000

*The above range is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
