Paid Social Media Lead

Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a robust background in social media advertising to oversee, measure, and enhance our campaigns, ensuring they meet the objectives of our esteemed clients, including some of the most recognized Fortune 500 companies. As the Paid Social Media Lead, you will manage a team, serving as our in-house expert on social advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of social media traders, set clear objectives, plan work schedules, provide best practice guidance, and ensure high standards of delivery.
- Campaign Management: Create, manage, and report on intricate paid advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Data Analysis: Extract and analyze social media data from various analytics and monitoring platforms to produce insightful reports for clients.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain quality control across all advertising efforts and continually optimize campaign performance.
- Data Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of extensive datasets related to social advertising performance.
Duties and Expectations:
- Initiative and Responsibility: From day one, take full responsibility for using web and social analytics tools, designing, and planning paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. Your role is crucial in shaping paid media strategies.
- Performance Management: Set an example in best practices, manage performance and workflow within your team.
- Complex Insight Extraction: Extract actionable insights from complex data to inform and enhance client strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive Experience: Proven experience running paid social media campaigns across all major platforms.
- Data Passion: A strong enthusiasm for data and its applications in social media.
- Social Media Expertise: A deep interest and expertise in social media dynamics and trends.
- Excel Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise in using Excel for data analysis.
- Relevant Degree: Ideally, a degree in mathematics, data science, statistics, or a related field.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Insight Extraction: Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Fast Learner: Capability to quickly grasp new concepts and tools.
- Collaborative Spirit: Motivation to work collaboratively and humbly as part of a multidisciplinary, international team.
- Prior Experience: Previous experience in social media buying is essential.
