As a Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for extracting, transforming and aggregating data from a wide range of sources – including third-party ad servers, web analytics platforms, social media channels, search engines, and Radancy’s proprietary Insights and Analytics tools.
What Does a Great Business Analyst Do?
Lead relationships and present insights
Lead relationships and conversations with external clients to gather business needs and identify meaningful metrics that demonstrate performance against strategic objectives.
Act as the lead on monthly or quarterly client presentations, including:
Recommending optimisations for campaigns in progress, maximising media effectiveness and return on investment.
Cleaning and augmenting data as needed.
Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all data.
Confidently presenting reports and findings to key client stakeholders.
Consult with internal teams to understand overall objectives, expectations of Radancy’s products and services, and specific use cases for each product.
Add value and enhance campaign management by understanding clients’ KPIs, goals, media plans and reporting methodologies, and regularly providing thoughtful insights and analysis.
Deliver high-quality analysis and reporting for high-profile accounts, with clear rationale for recommendations that drive ROI.
Apply technical knowledge
Provide technical expertise to identify and resolve any issues with campaign tracking and/or reporting.
Act as the technical subject matter expert on Radancy’s reporting platform, campaign methodologies, and third-party tracking to support internal teams.
Structure and analyse advertising campaigns, identifying strengths, weaknesses, performance trends and external influences.
Use Tableau and other visualisation tools to generate and compile accurate reports from multiple sources, including (but not limited to) Campaign Manager, Google Analytics 4, social platforms and Radancy’s proprietary systems.
Resolve data discrepancies and instil client confidence in our reporting capabilities.
Explain tracking mechanics clearly to non-technical audiences when required.
Proactively develop your knowledge of tools, data, Radancy products and industry best practices.
Share expertise and provide training or guidance to other Business Analysts within the team.
Skills & Requirements
Essential
Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
A self-starter and quick learner, able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Degree-qualified or equivalent experience.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (advanced Excel essential).
A commitment to quality assurance and error reduction.
Proven problem-solving ability.
Desirable
Experience with Google Analytics 4 and tag management tools.
Understanding of the media landscape and inventory.
Knowledge of different tracking methodologies.
