About the Role

As Associate Creative Director, Copy, you'll partner with the Executive Creative Director to shape strategic messaging and integrated creative campaigns that bring our brand, platform and customer stories to life. You'll combine creative leadership with exceptional writing to simplify complex technology, inspire action and deliver measurable business results while mentoring creative talent and elevating Radancy's position as the industry leader in AI-powered talent acquisition technology.

What does a great Associate Creative Director, Copy do?

Creative Leadership

  • Lead integrated creative campaigns from concept through execution, overseeing research, content development, messaging and final delivery.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional creative teams by assigning resources, directing work, providing creative feedback and approving final deliverables.
  • Develop compelling campaigns and content across digital media—including web, social, video, product marketing, sales enablement and executive communications—demonstrating exceptional writing, editing and creative direction across both long- and short-form copy.
  • Partner across Brand, Marketing, Product, Corporate Communications, Sales and Customer Success to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, align messaging and deliver breakthrough creative solutions that drive business results.
  • Partner with the Executive Creative Director to communicate creative vision, present concepts and recommendations and build alignment across departments and with executive stakeholders.

Strategy, Innovation & Team Leadership

  • Translate complex AI, SaaS and talent acquisition technology into differentiated, customer-focused messaging and integrated go-to-market campaigns.
  • Leverage customer insights, competitive intelligence and performance data to optimize messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage cross-functional creative teams, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and continuous learning through team mentorship, coaching, annual reviews and setting high creative standards.
  • Champion innovation by incorporating AI, emerging technologies and modern digital experiences into creative workflows while maintaining strategic thinking and editorial excellence.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative organization.
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign leadership and outstanding writing across long- and short-form content.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex technology into compelling customer-focused messaging.
  • Experience leading cross-functional creative teams, managing stakeholders and presenting to executive audiences.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, product marketing, digital marketing and content strategy.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and modern content development workflows.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous management and mentoring experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, HR technology or talent acquisition technology.
  • Knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO and digital content strategy.
  • Experience developing messaging for enterprise software products and integrated account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of content analytics and performance measurement.

Salary Range: USD $107,000- $125,000

*The above range is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including, but not limited to, skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
