Identity Operations Engineer
Bangalore, Inde
Overview
Radancy is the global leader in talent acquisition software, helping employers attract and hire the right talent through AI-powered recruiting technology, data-driven insights, and world-class candidate experiences. Our platform enables organizations to streamline hiring, strengthen employer branding, and drive measurable recruitment outcomes at scale.
About the Role
Radancy is looking for an Identity Operations Engineer to run the corporate identity and collaboration platforms that support our employees across the United States, Europe, and India.
Based in our Bengaluru office, you will own the day-to-day operation of our Entra ID and Microsoft 365 environment, including account lifecycle, access administration, platform support, and email threat triage. You will work closely with our US-based infrastructure and security team, clearing routine work ahead of the US business day and partnering with colleagues in Europe during their working hours.
This is a hands-on operational role with a clearly defined scope. Identity architecture, application integration, conditional access design, and network security are owned by our Lead Infrastructure & Security Engineer. You will execute within those decisions, escalate rather than work around them, and document the procedures that make recurring work repeatable and portable across time zones.
Responsibilities
Execute account lifecycle end to end, including provisioning, attribute changes, deprovisioning, and offboarding evidence for employees joining, moving within, and leaving the business.
Administer Entra ID groups, roles, and Microsoft 365 licensing, including membership changes, privileged role activation requests, and scheduled access removals.
Process application access requests against our approved entitlement catalog and support recurring access reviews with the evidence our compliance and audit teams require.
Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, covering mailbox and site lifecycle, permissions, sharing configuration, and content restoration.
Triage user-reported phishing, review and release quarantined mail, apply approved sender and domain blocks, and escalate confirmed account compromise immediately.
Execute pre-approved standard changes such as monthly patching cycles and scheduled maintenance, and prepare the supporting change advisory documentation.
Own an assigned service desk queue against agreed response and resolution targets, maintaining accurate ticket records for all privileged actions.
Document recurring tasks as runbooks so routine work can be performed consistently and handed off cleanly between regions.
Qualifications
5 or more years of experience in corporate IT operations, including at least 3 years administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
Hands-on experience with Entra ID user, group, role, and license administration, including Privileged Identity Management activation workflows.
Experience administering Exchange Online, including PowerShell-based administration.
Experience administering SharePoint Online and OneDrive, including permission management and content restoration.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Office 365, including quarantine management and admin submission workflows.
Experience working a ticket queue to defined service levels in Jira Service Management or a comparable ITSM platform.
PowerShell scripting sufficient to automate routine and bulk administrative tasks.
Strong written communication in English, with the ability to document work that colleagues in other time zones rely on without a live handover.
Desirable
Microsoft certification such as MS-102, SC-300, or AZ-104.
Experience supporting United States and European stakeholders from a global capability or shared services center.
Experience operating under formal change management and familiarity with ITIL practices.
Exposure to Citrix or virtual desktop environments.
