About the Role
Radancy is seeking a high-impact Sales Operations Analyst to support our global Revenue organization through data-driven insights, system optimization, and reporting excellence.
This role sits at the center of Salesforce, Gong, and Revenue Analytics, enabling leadership with actionable insights, improving sales process execution, and ensuring the integrity of our revenue data.
The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce administration skills, analytical rigor, and business acumen, with a bias toward automation and continuous improvement.
What does a great Sales Operations Analyst do?
Administer and enhance Salesforce (objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and automations) to support sales and revenue workflows
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Maintain data integrity, governance, and system performance across pipeline, forecasting, and account management
Support ongoing enhancements to CPQ, lead routing, and opportunity management processes
Reporting, Dashboarding & Analytics (Core)
Build and maintain executive dashboards and operational reporting in Salesforce and BI tools
Deliver insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, stage movement, and forecast accuracy
Analyze trends across segments (Mid-Market, Enterprise) and sales motions (new logo, expansion, renewal)
Support recurring business reviews (QBRs, forecast calls, board reporting) with clean, actionable analytics
Gong Reporting & Deal Intelligence (Required)
Analyze Gong data to surface deal risk signals, win/loss insights, and rep performance trends
Build reporting frameworks that connect Gong insights to Salesforce pipeline and outcomes
Partner with Sales Leadership to identify coaching opportunities and improve deal execution
Support enablement initiatives by translating conversation intelligence into best practices
Process Improvement & Revenue Operations Support
Drive improvements to sales processes aligned with defined Rules of Engagement and lifecycle governance
Identify bottlenecks in pipeline flow and recommend systemic fixes (automation, process, or reporting changes)
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Support territory planning, account segmentation, and pipeline coverage analysis
Automation, AI & Advanced Capabilities (Preferred)
Design and implement Salesforce Flows and automations to reduce manual work and improve data quality
Support Account Engagement (marketing automation) reporting and integration with Salesforce
Contribute to development of AI-driven workflows, prompts, or internal agents to enhance productivity (e.g., deal insights, reporting automation, content generation)
Evaluate and operationalize emerging tools that improve revenue efficiency
Qualifications
3–6 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytical role
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration (configuration, reporting, dashboards)
Proven experience building sales reporting and executive dashboards
Experience working with Gong (or similar conversation intelligence platform) for reporting and analysis as well as Triggers
Technical Skills
Strong Salesforce knowledge (standard objects, reporting, dashboards, data model)
Advanced Excel / data analysis skills (pivot tables, modeling, data validation)
Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear insights and recommendations
Familiarity with sales tech stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, enrichment tools)

Strong communication skills with ability to present insights to senior stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator)
Experience with Salesforce Flows, CPQ, or advanced automation
Experience with Account Engagement (Pardot)
Exposure to AI tools, prompt engineering, or agent/workflow development
Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales models and enterprise sales cycles
