Overview

We’re looking for an analytical and detail-focused individual with an interest in social media advertising to help us build, measure, and optimize our campaigns to successfully meet client objectives for some of the most well-known Fortune 500 companies in the world. You’ll work in our Bangalore office, reporting to our social media subject matter expert in London. 

The role: 

  • Create, manage, and report on complex paid advertising campaigns on social media. 
  • Extract and analyze social data from various analytics and monitoring platforms to prepare insightful reports for our clients.

The Paid Social Media Manger is responsible for: 

  • Creating, managing, and reporting on complex social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. 
  • Analyzing social data to spot trends and prepare reports for clients. 
  • Taking responsibility from day one. From using web and social analytics tools to designing and planning paid social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and beyond, you’ll be expected to learn quickly. As a self-starter, you’ll play an important role in shaping paid media strategies. 
  • Quality control across all advertising and on-going optimisation of campaign performance 

In this role, you’ll be trained to become an expert in social analytics and paid social media advertising. If you have experience working with web or social analytics, that’s great - but it’s not critical. What’s more important is having a good understanding of social media advertising platforms and the drive and tenacity to add value at every stage. 

You’ll Need: 

  • A passion for data. 
  • A deep interest in social media. 
  • Demonstrable expertise in using Excel. 
  • A relevant degree (ideally in maths, data, or statistics). 
  • Great attention to detail. 
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English. 
  • Ability to extract insights from apparent complexity. 
  • To be a fast learner. 
  • Prior experience in social media buying is essential. 
  • Motivation to collaborate humbly as part of a multidisciplinary, international team.
