Performance Media Team Manager

Overview

We’re looking for an individual with a passion for programmatic and performance media to lead a team of Media Traders to build, measure, and optimize our campaigns for some of the most well-known Fortune 500 companies in the world.
This role has responsibility for the quality delivery of Radancy’s Programmatic platform, Display, Search and Social offerings to our diverse client base. As the Team Manager you will be directly responsible for the quality and success of client deliverables and problem solving. You will manage a team of performance media specialists, interface with department leaders to keep the offering competitive, drive customer solutions, and provide feedback to improve offering as requirements are determined.
Role Function
- Team Management
- Directly manage a group of Performance Media Specialists and maintain a work environment that yields strong individual and team performance.
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and problem solving for customer delivery.
In partnership with the global department head, ensure proper training and development of all staff members.
- Product & Processes
- Keep abreast of industry standards by ensuring time to learn new tools, read industry info, take classes and staying up to date with the training curriculum
- Guide team in analyzing and assessing the performance of campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for improvement
- Ensure adherence to all department and customer SLAs as well as best practices for digital media within the team
- Liaise with Product Development as necessary

- Coordinate with finance on billing and credit implementation processes
- Coordinate with publishers to improve overarching platform performance
- Provide feedback to department leaders for continuous improvement of offering and tools
Qualifications
- Recent and relevant experience leading digital media campaigns and strategy across multiple platforms including programmatic DSPs, search, and social.
- Comfortable and experienced managing a high-performing team; providing oversight and support as needed
- Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written) to enable strong and efficient internal and client relationships
- Possesses strong operational discipline and ensures timeliness of deliverables
- Combines being analytical + creative with a passion to develop and test new ways to engage consumers across the digital media landscape
- Willingness to learn new platforms, test and experiment
- Experience and knowledge of tagging and tracking paid media activity preferred
Additional Considerations
Must be willing to work Evening Shift 2PM-11PM IST (Mon-Thur remote) 12pm-9pm IST- Friday in office
Work Location and Interview Process
- Hybrid Work Model: This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work in the Bengaluru office 3 times per week.
- Interview Process: As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to complete and pass a technical coding assessment to demonstrate proficiency in key web development skills.
