Web Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Web Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates advanced digital design for international brands and campaigns. You will create high-impact visual assets and layouts for programmatic banners, social media, and web pages, and occasionally support print projects for some of the big brands in the world. You’ll collaborate with creative leads in the US or London, so strong communication, initiative, and adaptability are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Design visually compelling web pages, digital assets and layouts for global campaigns: programmatic banners, social media, and occasional print.

• Deliver work that meets or exceeds international standards for typography, layout, and brand consistency.

• Adapt designs for new website platforms, learning and applying platform-specific rules and functionality.

• Collaborate remotely with creative leads, confidently interpreting instructions and proactively seeking clarification when needed.

• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, ensuring all deliverables are error-free and brand-aligned.

• Present your design thinking and process clearly to both design and non-design stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: We are looking for a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer or Web Designer.

• Portfolio: Demonstrates advanced digital design for global brands/campaigns. Please include at least 3–5 examples with a brief description of your design process and impact.

• Design Excellence: Expert-level skills in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Tools: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Sketch.

• Web Design: Strong understanding of responsive/adaptive design, UX, and accessibility.

• Platform Adaptability: Proven ability to learn and design within new website platforms and systems.

• Collaboration: Experience working with international teams; excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) required.

• Initiative: Ability to work independently, take ownership, and know when to ask questions.

• Bonus: Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, video editing, animation, or rendering packages.

Work Location 

Hybrid Work Model
This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work in the Bengaluru office 3 days per week.
