Overview:  

As an Agile Project Manager in Radancy's Product Engineering group, you will oversee the project management duties for software development projects from initiation through release, delivering new and enhanced products to our client base. The Agile Project Manager must be able to harness a distributed and multi-functional team covering all phases of the SDLC and facilitate dialogue between developers and product owners.

Responsibilities: 

  • As Scrum Master, you will lead daily team standups, conduct sprint demos internally and externally, and lead all planning ceremonies 

  • Coordinate product backlog refinement meetings, enabling product owners to establish and communicate clear team priorities 

  • Keep the scrum team on its quarterly and annual planning cadences, including facilitating design meetings, and helping product owners create OKRs for deliverables 

  • Serve as Project Manager for software/web development of new or enhanced products using agile methodology 

  • Collaborate with globally distributed teams of product managers, developers, and QA testers to resource, define, and schedule activities required to develop new software 

  • Work with the rest of the PMO to help define and enforce best agile practices 

  • Coordinate all production releases, including weekly maintenance releases 

  • Provide management-level reporting on project status, risks and mitigation strategies 

  • Support administration of JIRA (boards, projects, users) 

  • Send out release notes communication to marketing/sales following releases 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in Business or Computer Science) 

  • 2+ years of experience as a project manager in a software development environment with a preference towards experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).  If you’ve been through a waterfall-to-agile transition, all the better  

  • Experience managing projects with a distributed team spanning different geographies and diverse cultures 

  • Basic understanding of web development and associated technologies. You don’t need to have experience as a software developer, but you do need to know enough to follow technical discussions and bridge communications between product managers and developers. 

  • Scrum Master experience required; Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) desirable 

  • Excellent interpersonal communications. Must have the ability to help product managers articulate a decision on the course of action 

  • Commitment to doing what it takes to meet project milestones 

  • Quick learner, able to work independently with limited supervision 

  • Self-motivated, proactive, dependable, flexible to shifting business priorities 

  • Organized, meticulous, patient, able to works effectively under pressure

Salary Range: USD $90,000.00 – $115,000.00* 
*The above range is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
